The field of immigration law has been described as a labyrinth. A seasoned practitioner can deal appropriately with the
daunting hurdles en route to obtaining an immigrant or nonimmigrant visa, PERM labor certification, asylum, or other immigration
benefit. Whether you desire a tourist or H1b visa, "greencard", or require a defense in removal proceedings (deportation),
I offer a level assessment of your immigration objectives and prospects.
An immigrant in a nation of immigrants,
I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil to parents from Madrid, and Valencia, Spain, and raised in the Washington, D.C. area from
the age of six. Growing up in a multilingual household sensitized me to the legal and cultural plight of immigrants. My background
and strong legal education and experience have prepared me to represent peoples from all continents, and to do so effectively.
