EB-5 Investor Visa

Our office represents both individuals in direct EB-5 applications and companies seeking to establish a Regional Center. The EB-5 (Employment Based category 5) visa for immigrant investors is an immigrant visa that provides a method of obtaining lawful permanent residence for foreign nationals and their immediate family who invest money in the United States. The visa requires an investment of at least $1,000,000 (or $500,000 in a high unemployment or rural area) and the creation of at least ten jobs for U.S. employees. The approval of an EB-5 visa petition allows an individual to adjust status in the United States or consular processes to enter the United States as a conditional permanent resident. The investor must petition to remove the conditions on residence within two years of the conditional residence grant. The intricate nature of setting up, documenting and establishing an EB-5 visa should be handled by a seasoned immigration law practitioner. The firm has represented hundreds of applicants and sponsoring companies in the various employment based categories including the employment creation category, EB-5. We look forward to assisting you with your EB-5 case, whether you are interested in a stand alone EB-5 application or establishing a Regional Center.
